Office Units – With options from small units for those that need a private space for one or two people, up to units that would accommodate a team of 6-8. Our office units are accessible whenever you need, and are customisable to reflect your brand identity. Whatever space your small business needs, we can accommodate you. Offices include an amount of credit to use each month for meeting rooms, and we have a 6 person meeting room which is only available to our office unit tenants.
Our office units range from £300-600 + VAT pcm, and include all utilities, but exclude business rates (most users will qualify for 100% small business rate relief anyway)
Coworking Space – We offer options from daily ad-hoc desk for those that need somewhere to work while passing, or home-based workers that miss an office environment. With discounts on bookings of 5 or more days, and the option of a dedicated desk, we can also serve as a short term (or permanent) base. We also have lockers available, so you don’t have to take all your equipment back and forth every day.
Our coworking desks are from £25 + VAT per day, dedicated desks are from £250 + VAT pcm.
Meeting Rooms – We offer small meeting rooms that accommodate up to 4, a boardroom which can accommodate up to 12, and a seminar room which can accommodate up to 50 (theatre style)or can be used as all or part open space for practical training sessions. Whether you need a small space to meet clients, or something bigger for those key meetings, we’ve got you covered.
Our meeting rooms are available at the following rates, by the day / half day / hour (all excl. VAT). Meeting room £100/50/15, Boardroom £150/75/25, Seminar room £300/150/50.
Event Spaces – We can offer our seminar room for evening events as well, or if you prefer something a bit more open, we can also offer our well equipped kitchen and breakout space.
Prices by negotiation, depending on requirements, timings etc.
Virtual Office – Run a company and want to keep your private address out of the public domain, but can’t justify a physical office? Then our virtual office service is the answer you have been looking for. Any post arriving for you will be kept for you, or opened, scanned and forwarded (with your permission) as you prefer. We can also forward mail if required, and with prior arrangement can accept small deliveries on your behalf.
Our virtual office services are from £50 + VAT pcm.
Reception Service – Our professional front desk support will greet your clients or visitors and show them to your office or meeting room, collect your post, and handle any enquiries you may have. If you need a more comprehensive service, such as telephone answering, or anything further, we offer this as an “add on” service to our office tenants, and those with a permanent desk in our coworking space.
Our reception service add on is from £50 + VAT pcm.
Catering & Refreshments – Our kitchens are well equipped for whatever you might need, and unlike some other facilities, our refreshments are included to keep you and your team fuelled throughout the day. If you need catering for your meeting or event, we can arrange this from our trusted local suppliers.
Community – Our goal when we started RH Priory was to build a business community, not just an office facility. Our office units are arranged around an open plan “collaboration space” for those ad-hoc conversations with other tenants. We also host networking events, and are always looking for new ways to best support members of our community to grow.
Other Services – Need a phone system, but not sure where to start? Printing or copying needed ahead of a big meeting? Don’t worry – if there’s something you need, odds are we can sort it out for you.
Other services, or special requests will be accommodated where possible, pricing is subject to supplier costs at the time, but for a phone system, likely costs £25 + VAT pcm with a £25 set up charge.
Parking – Parking is available via the Belfry car park, and we can offer preferential rates. If you’re looking for something more long term, we can put you in touch with the Belfry’s car parking team to arrange a season ticket (paid quarterly in advance).
