Toilets
The customer toilets are located on the Upper Floor between New Look & Tapi Carpets and include accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
Free WIFI
Free WIFI is available throughout the centre.
Shopmobility / Accessibility
Redhill Shopmobility is located on the Lower Floor of the Centre near the Station Road entrance. Redhill Shopmobility provides manual wheelchairs, power chairs and motorised scooters available for hire. The shop is open Tue-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 10am-4.30pm, closed Sun-Mon.
Cash Points
A Cash point is available at WHSmith.
Customer Service team
The Belfry Security and Cleaning teams are fully trained and always available to deal with any incident in the Centre. If you need any assistance during your time at the Belfry please find one of our team. For safety and security, the Centre is covered with 24/7 CCTV.
First Aid
Our Security and Cleaning team members are trained first aiders and can provide assistance when needed. There are two defibrillators located in the Belfry, one next to the toilet entrances on the Upper Level. The second defibrillator location is just outside the High Street entrance.
Amazon Lockers
We have Amazon Lockers located next to Wacky Kingdom on the Upper Level of the Centre.
Post Office
The Post Office is located inside WHSmith and offers a variety of services including mortgages, insurance, travel and government services.
Pharmacy
Our pharmacy is located in Boots with access from inside the Centre and outside from the High Street. Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm Sat: 9am-5pm Sun 10.30am-4pm
