Do I have to wear a mask when visiting the Centre?

In England, you must by law wear a face covering in Shops, Supermarkets and Shopping Centres. There are some circumstances, for health, age or equality reasons, whereby people are not expected to wear face coverings in these settings. Please be mindful and respectful of such circumstances noting that some people are less able to wear face coverings.

Which stores are open?

Most stores have now reopened in the Centre, as UK Government restrictions have allowed.

We are keeping an up-to-date list of stores as they have reopened, but some may be operating on reduced trading hours. You may wish to double check with any particular store before visiting.  https://redhillbelfry.co.uk/news-events/news/list-of-stores-currently-open/

How are you enforcing social distancing within the Centre?

We ask that all visitors do behave responsibly and we are promoting the following key messaging to our shoppers:

  • Keep 2m #socialdistancing
  • Walk on the LEFT in centre
  • Please do wear a face covering
  • #Washhands regularly with soap + water
  • Catch It, Bin It, Kill It!
  • STAY HOME with any symptoms, or if advised to

For a full understanding of our safety measures, please visit this news page on our website: https://redhillbelfry.co.uk/news-events/news/guidance-for-shoppers-at-the-belfry/

How many people can I come with to the Belfry?

With the ongoing lifting of restrictions we welcome you to come and shop, but currently social distancing requirements mean you should still just be with your immediate household or ‘bubble’. We ask all our visitors be sensible and to maintain the latest social distancing requirement.

Will there be a limit to how long I can spend in the centre?

We will not limit your time shopping, but do ask all our visitors be sensible and not to loiter or congregate on the malls and to maintain the latest social distancing requirement.
